Is it still a rumor or do they exist yet for a 14bolt?

As far as I can tell randy's ring & pinion is the only one promising the 5.38's.
They keep pushing the relese date back. It went from april to june then to the end of the year! Also I hear you have to grind the pinion support a lot to get them to fit.
Are you thinking of going with a 14b?
they hang down quite bit more than the 60.

I have been waiting for 2 years for 5.38's from Randy's I ordered a bunch of them when they came out. No luck yet thay are the only ones who say that they are even considering making them. Every one else hase the 5.13's including Randy's.

Al,I was aware of the diff clearance between the two. That problem could be fixed though.

Joe, I heard Randy's was the only one also but from what I hear the release was pushed to next year if it happens at all.

I keep getting held up because of one thing after another so I'm just kicking around some different thoughts when I'm not doing anything.

Tom from where I stand I would say that Randy's will never make them. Why not try a Dana70 they have about the same clearences as the 14 bolt and they have a 5.38. But since you are using a LP60 you can go up to 7.17 with the 70 / 60 combo.

The 70 was also a thought but I can get a ff 14bolt for nothing, and free is the best price.

I have soon those 70's go for cheap also like $50 max but they also have the 35 spline shafts. I can poke around this weekend when I go to my spot if they have one I will grab it if you don't want it I will always use it.

I got a call from one of my sources he has a bunch of scout 44's front and back I think he was looking to sell me the whole package cheap.

I don't know if that helps.
