still need help

i still can't figure out how to post a image or a lil pic for my image icon. can any one help? i have windows xp

If you have pictures hosted somewhere on the net right click on one and then left click on properties and you will see the url of the picture it will look like this; http://www.tri-state4x4.com/gallery/albums/Ride_7-30-31-05/pics4/normal_Picture%20066.jpg
highlight it and right click on it and select copy
when you are posting you will see a grey square (2nd from right) that has Img inside it. click that and you will get this:
Paste the url you just copied right after it and hit the img box again
It will look like this: [img]http://www.blahblahblah.com/image
when you view your post you will see this instead
http://www.tri-state4x4.com/gallery/albums/Ride_7-30-31-05/pics4/normal_Picture%20066.jpg

If you are trying to load a picture for your avatar (the little one) when you log in go to your profile, there is a spot on the bottom where you can upload a picture from your computer.
you will need some kind of photo editing software to shrink it down to 80x80 pixels first.
If you dont have any software to do it you can email me a pic and I will shrink it for you and email it back.
I hope this helps. Maybe someone has an easier way and will post up.
