photo shop 7.0 will do it well...but if you want to do it alot cheeper google re sizing pics or somthing and there are many freeware utilities that can help u with that.

if you have windows xp download this

it is a beauty you can resize a whole directory if you want full of pics

if you dont have xp well get xp then download that hahaha
