I'm looking for a complete throttle body with regulator, harness and computer for a bb chevy 7.4l

Tom I know they are rare. you can use the wiring harness and ecm from a small block and get a new TBI assebly and prom. I Did it for a customer before and it worked great.

I use street and performance www.hotrodlane.com they are the best.

there is also turbo city they do alot of TBI work. they sell a complete Big Block kit. I found it after the conversion I did. They have all kinds of GM TBI parts and components. There is one more co I cannot recall who though.

I was looking for used on the throttle body, the new ones are overpriced. I know I can use an ecm from any tbi chevy with a service number of 1227747 and I can change the chip but I figured I'd see if anyone had one from a bbc. Just easier if someone had a 7.4l setup around.

Tom I looked all over for one myself with no luck. I know of a Junk yard out by montauk that all they do is trucks fords chevys and dodges if you want to drive out to the end I can get you there number.

Dumb & Dumber (aka D&D) out by me deals with mostly truck parts but they are a bunch of asses and are overpriced, thats the only one I know of. Just shoot me a name of the yard out east.

I usually get all my truck stuff there like auto trans and 350TBI's he is usually pretty cheap I paid $25 a transmission the last time I was there. I got 8 of them and 3 engines. You can try apache in ridgefield park N.J. he has alot of odd stuff. may be worth a phone call. ( i have heard them called dumb & dumber thats why I like taking the trip.)

They used to be real good until the son took over than we had nothing but problems and most people I know aren't even allowed back there anymore.
