Welcome aboard. You picked the right site if you like wheeling. We head out once a month for an official ride and there are plenty of non-official rides as well. This is a great group of people and everyone is always willing to help out another member.
We are heading to paragon on the 25th and 26th of June if you are interested.
Justin,
Welcome to the forum and joining Tri-State 4x4. Hope to see you on the trials at Paragon and in the Pines. We will be going there the 18-19th well a few of the members.

no matter how hot it is out there will always be mud down there. I went in the drought last summer and still got to bog around. There are also some water crossings but i wouldent recomend doing them if it just rained hard unless you have a snorkal and air tank.

It would be great if we could spend a day or weekend out there mapping out the Pines. Noting ruins, water crossing and mud holes.
This way Tri-state members could download it before going out to the Pines.
Possibly using the maps from the ranger stations and adding to them... or something.

just be carfule out there alot of place are not legal. Like the places you posted pictures of. the only legal trails down there to go on are the main gromed roads so posting the directions publicly is not the best thing.
