200 members thats outstanding. now if only we could get more to show up at club runs :? don't get me wrong, we had a great showing this weekend at paragon. east coast 4x4 was there and had something like 40+ rigs. would'nt be awsome to have that kind of turnout? any ideas how we can get more of a turn out? the 13 rigs that showed up were full of the nicest people that we have met. i would sure like to get to know the other 174 members :D so come on all you jeepmaniacs unite
Thank you :) Badzook and I worked hard to get this going good. Anyway 200 members is INSANE in the time frame that we started. We started in December 2004. It has been half a year... (Wow that went fast) and we have grown so fast and so good. The reason people dont come is well one some people have not been back to the site since they first signed up. Second lots of people work Saturdays. We have had all Saturday runs so far. Third Paragon is a long drive for some people. But hey if you want to wheel like I do I would drive almost anywhere :D. But having 40+ members is VERY VERY hard to pull off correctly. Just 22 rigs was a pain. Some peopel did not listen but in the long run its alwasy fun. I just need to get alittle more organized and I think we will be good to go for a 40+ truck run. I just ask that everyone listens and we get some more trail leaders. :D

I'm more than willing to take a group ... as long as they like K turns and " what trail is this" over the CB :D We really need to talk to Paragon about re-marking at least the main trails and intersections ... nothing worse than doing the same trail over ....

Thanks for the congrats..
Xeon and I are really happy and impressed with it's success in such a short period of time.
This Group has really taken off. So far it is doing exactly what we intended for it to be.. A Group of people getting together to have lots of fun wheeling...I think it has surpassed our expextations ..
I'm starting to notice more Local people joining in..
I guess there really is an interest here..
Let's keep this rolling and get it up to 400 !!!!
badzook :)

Yes this GROUP is doing just what we wanted and more! Thanks to everyone who has helped keep us rolling :D.

I was promoting the hell out of Tri-State over at the OK4WD event. Hopefully we will get some new members.
If we had a few rigs there word would have got out alot faster.

YES it actually was.
The OK4WD staff was great and very helpful. Our trail guides, Bob and Tony, were amazing. All of the Jeep owners there were great, very freindly. I must say I learned alot about wheeling and my Rubi.
The trails were great and I am glad I got to wheel them. Everything from MUD to Rocks, steep inclines and off camber spots. It was a blast.
The only thing missing was more TRI-State members. As a bonus (for me anyway), our trail guide Bob, was running the Rock Krawler suspension that I want on his Rubi with 36" tires. WOW!!!
My group had like 300-400 pictures of the event in total. Everyone is getting a copy of them from each other.
All and all it was a great event, worth the money. I recommend it to anyone interested in attending, I would attend again. Half the money of a Jeep Jamboree, closer to home (for me) then Paragon and just as great.
Learned how to control my 4LO this weekend, no more smokey clutch, and the mudflaps are still on there...LOL

I'd say besides the member count, the thread and post count in the Outing Discussion forum is the best indicator of our success. That and all the pics in the gallery. After all, that's what this is all about.
