Hey all,

I had an AWESOME time this past Saturday (May21st) at Paragon. I can not begin to tell you all what impression Tri-State made on me. So much knowledge and so many talented people!!! And the best part, EVERYONE is good people!

I really want to thank all you that helped me guide my little black STOCK unlimited thru rock hell! I honestly dont remember everyones name, but so many of you came to help me navigate terrain that was way beyond my experience, I cant say "Thank You" enough. Many times I started to think my truck was incapable of making it out, but you all proved me wrong. I listened and did exactly as I was told and my little Jeep made it! I owe lots of people, lots of beers!

This is my first ever Jeep, and that was my first off-road trip. I can promise you, neither will be my last. Ill be back for sure, but not before my lift/tires/discos. Paragon was worth the trip just for the "Jeep Show" alone!

Again, thank you EVERYONE for a great time! This is one person who is now hooked, and this is one group that deserves ALL the support it gets! :wtg:

Rockwell,

Welcome to the Group...

This is Exactly why Justin and I created this website.

It's about people getting together and meeting new people and enjoying the sport they love at the same time.

It's really nice to hear you all are enjoying it so much and we appreciate the compliments.

Sounds like the whole group had some wheelin' fun...

I'll be back wheeling with you all real soon..

Thanks and Enjoy

Hey guys. I was at PAP Saturday, but with another group I'm part of BMJA. Never again! When you guys were in the staging area we were going across the top of the hill and we could see you down there. I was so tempted to take a quick left and join up with the group that I belong in, Tri-State. I didn't care much for the group of BMJA'ers. What really p'd me off was the only reason I went with them was the poker run they were having. Well, they didn't have enough cards for me or my bud anyway. So there went that. :x Forgive me, for I have strayed. But I have seen the error in my ways. Tri-State all the way. BTW- anyone get ticketed leaving? I know the troopers got a bunch from BMJA.

I am not sure but I think l33t is the name of the 'hacker' language. E=3. For example, if you were to say 'phat' in l33t it would be 'pH47'. Understand now?

Howdy all .... to all who attempt to spell my name it's Daryl :D short and sweet .... I'm glad to see everyone had fun and as usual I'm still working out the bugs ... and if my count is correct for the group we had one busted fan, a transfercase linkage, an alternator, a pair of real muddy boots and last but not least a dirty "Banks Power " sticker :D All and all a good day ... I want to personally thank all who attended, Donnie I have a big hug and a bucket of love for you ... you saved my day ... we had a good mix of rigs and as usual a great group of people hope to see you all on the next run.

P.S. check those cooling systems ... it's only going to get hotter up there !

I followed Daryl home and can say he was driving 70mph straight as an arrow all the way!
As for me, Between smoking a cigarette, drinking coffee, eating donuts, talking on the radio and falling asleep I was all over the f-ing place.
I had a great time once again. Everybody was cool, You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to wheel with. Even though I only took off 3 bolts and ran for coffee I'd change alternators in the rain with you guy's anyday.

Matt .... drives like a dream ( after over a year of cutting and welding ).... I have been working on the combination of spring leaves, shocks, driveline angle, tire pressure and suspension geometry for a long time .... the biggest improvement I found was correcting all of the steering geometry after the spring over .... drives nicer ( and softer ) now than it did the day I picked it up from the dealer in 94 ... lol

I live about three miles off 80 ... right near Riverstix Bridge on the lake if that helps ...

That was a blast. We made it home eventually. I had to 3 foot (clutch, brake, gas) the CJ at every light to keep it running. Something is goofy in the electircal, I'm not sure what yet. Was shooting chunks of carbon and black smoke out the tail pipe and you couldn't tell the headlights were on from the driver's seat. It stated to get a little better and would actually stay idling (roughly) in my driveway. I'll have it fixed by this weekend hopefully.....

I should have our pictures online this week sometime.

Justin: thanks for helping me off that rock I high centered on. Daryl: Thanks for helping me get the top up when the 2 minute shower came through. I would have stayed for the parking lot alternator swap, but I wanted to stick with the guys in the semi-truck, in case I wasn't going to make it and needed to load mine up.
