I want to se this pic of my jeep as my avatar...I resized to 80x80 but the file size is still like 24kb. How do i lower the size with out making it look stupid? I have adobe photoshop 7.0. I tried bringing it down to 256 color but it looks all messed up then...gif looked horible so my I would like to use jpeg or 24-bit bit map. Any ideas?

You already have one... do what you did before :)

I save mine a gif's because they are the smallest size format. Just change the quality to a lower number. :)
