Frozen main eye bolt

I have a frozen eye bolt. I got the nut off, but the bolt is frozen to the sleeve.
I used an impact gun and BFH (small sledge) and i could not get the bolt to turn or knock it out. INPUT asap???

use the torch or plasma cutter.

or soak in wd-40 or pb blast thats how i got mine out finally

Its seized to the bushing sleeve. Use a 4" grinder with a cut-off disk and cut the bolt

Yah a few hours ago I tried the grinder method and it worked, after almost 4 hours wasted. Now I can't get the pins in the springs lined up. Rubicon said something about the springs having extensions on them for shims and to take them off but I'm not sure how to take them off.

Get longer pins or use a small bolt and grind the head to fit . Been there done that..

C-clamp the pack with two clamps right next to the centering pin then just take the nut off the top

Yah I got it .. the pins had spacer. I used that method and now they fit.
