Hey everyone, the flyer is up!
First off... BIG changes! This year we will NOT be at the campground that we have used for the last 10+ years.... They said they couldn't take the number of people we generate the second week of July (doesn't fully make sence that a campground can't handle full capacity the week after July 4th, but.....) They wanted us to change our date (a date we've had for over 10 years) to early June or late Sept... We didn't want to change our date so...
The new location for Eastern 4 Wheelers Florida Vacation is the Whitcomb Summit Motel in... Florida, MA. BIG NOTE.... Remember this change of address!! OK, so now some of you are probably already rolling yer eyes and thinking... Great, how much is that gonna cost us...? Well, if you are an E4W member, it'll cost you LESS then last year... yeah... thats right... LESS! I think driver and a truck is $75 and that INCLUDES your room for two nights! It also includes a FRI PM BBQ, sponsored by JD's Off Road and the Sat PM Banquet and Raffle. This year, we already have a Warn winch and a set of BFG tires, plus stuff from JDs Off Road, SRC precision products, Keeper, Saftey Seal, ARB, Banditt Fab, and Dynatrac. You also get a Tshirt and can enter in the Friday PM BFG Obstacle course/driving while blind test... ~;>)
So, now you non-E4W folks are saying, OK... how much are WE gonna get hit then...? Well, last year you paid $90 for the truck and driver and $50 for a passenger and that got you the campsite, food ,etc... Well, this year, with the addition of two nights motel room AND a Friday night BBQ, your cost will be $90 for the truck and driver and $50 for each passenger.... YUP... SAME COST!!
So, I've been fielding calls and emails about this event already for about 2 months now, SPACE WILL BE LIMITED..... so get your registration forms in NOW!
For those who don't know, the wheelin we do is on several of the old town roads in the area and several of our pieces of private property. Chances are there will be some new trails available too.....
When is it? July 15-17th
go to: http://www.eastern4wheelers.com/ and look in the lower right corner for the registration form, click, dload, print, sign form, sign check, send...
