Just thought I'd pass this on for those that might be interested.
the Transportation Equity Act (TEA) is getting voted on in the House. this act has to do with how the funds generated by the taxes we pay on gas gets distributed and a portion of these funds have been budgeted to the Recreational trails program. basically it's federal funding for trail upkeep with the money we already pay on gas. take a look people. let's take back some of what we're paying at the pump!
