thought I'm not getting my hopes up. This has been talked about for years as its literally almost right in my back yard.
You will never see anything that is powered by a fuel on that land as the 55+ community is right behind it and will never allow it.

but the guys at the bike shop currently have approved trails through there so if your into mountain biking, stop by town cycle and ask Mike about them
