Compressing a picture folder????

I have the pics from the trip last weekend. It's 58mb, so I right clicked the folder and sent to a compressed (zip) folder. The zipped folder is still 57mb. :giveup: So....how do I compress this further without going through the 85 pictures individually and shrinking them? :duh:

The problem is the pics are prob jpeg's which are already compressed by the camera to fit more on the memory card. So putting them in a zip folder itsnt going to compress a file that is already compressed. What you have to do is break them down into a few folders and send them in like 5-6 seprate emails
