Yesterday morning I came into work expecting it to be crazy since i had two of my projects being installed on the same day. I had to run to another building to get a few roll pins (only place in the plant that had 4mm roll pins) and was talking to the parts room guy there.

while we were discussing the weekend for a minute one of the other mechanics stopped in and informed us that one of the mechanics in that building that was supposed to go to Paragon with me this comming weekend had rolled his jeep while wheelin in the snow sunday afternoon.

From what im told he is doing ok with a broken ankle cause his foot got caught behind the brake pedal. The passenger wasnt so lucky. turns out it was a friend of his (i didnt know this guy). i dont know if there were belted in or not but he was thrown from the jeep and it rolled over on him killing him.

So the moral to all of this, if your going to build your jeep/zuk/whatever bigger and better make sure you dont forget the important stuff like roll cages and PLEASE dont forget to buckle up while wheelin!!!
