I know, I keep saying it... But I might finally have some time and finish up the new vBulletin template. I had one almost ready to go, and then vBulletin released a totally new version with many template changes. Which kind of puts me back to square one.

I might do it two ways. Upgrade the software and make minor changes to the template. It will look like a complete clean install of vBulletin with some modifications to make it a temporary Tri-State 4x4 site.

Or I can code away on my test site and when the templates ready upgrade the software. This is probally the way to go.

Either way, I hope to get some work done. We are on an old version and there are a lot of great new features I wish we had. The best feature is the multi-quote. You can basically select a few posts to quote from and all the copy and paste work is done for you.

I like NAXJA 3.5.4 I believe is what they are using. but I like the verdion before that even better. I was able to pick my own backround color so when I was logged in it was my color I picked out. but everyone has got there own thing.

The software will be upgraded to 3.6.2. You dont have the option to change your color on this site is because I dont have time to code different color templates. I would have to make a different color schema and so on...

what kind of logo are you looking for style wise? i started a remake of the current logo to lend a hand since i'm moderately capable with graphic art. i just need some more free time to sit here and finish it..

if you have any specific ideas by all means spill em and i'll see what i can do.

As for the logo, needs to incorporate the triangle logo, PM me with your email address and I will send you a higher res image of it. The Tri-State 4x4 text needs to be the same font. Thanks!

Got an update. Almost all day I have been working on the new site.

vBulletin version is 3.6.4

I have the template basically made and almost ready to go. I am doing some testing on it now. I will post a screen shot of it. Please feel free to comment.

I have a few minor things to change and some other misc changes.

Let me know what you think. Expect to see the website updated in a week or two. Thats if people give me some comments to work on...

I cant seem to get it to work correctly. I am not sure whats going on with it. Maybe after the main upgrade I will get it to work. If you have to login each time, check remember me.

If the link does not show up, that means you have unread PMs. Thats already fixed in the new version.

Do you clear your cookies when you close your internet? What are you using to browse the site? IExplorer, Firefox, Opera?

I use IExplorer. Maybe because I log on from different computers it messes it up even though I don't check the remember me on other computers.

That should not have effect on the cookies on your computer at home. You might have a program or something removing the cookies everyday or something. I am not aware of anyone else with this issue. I dont have the issue at home or at work (Shh dont tell them I browse the site at work :lmao: ).
