I might be getting an MJ with a complete 4.2 if you are interested in the engine Cheep. It has a rod knock but every thing else is good.

if you can just go and get a 4.0 head and make you life a hole hell of alot easyer bc the carbs never stay the same so you will be constantly working on the carb http://www.monsterslayer.com/jeep/40Head/40Head.htm this will tell you what to do i will be doing this soon

i converted to the motorcraft carb and it runs sweet tuned it and never touched it again and it runs better then a weber and doesn't stall at weird angles so im gonna stick with my carb
