How do I go about drilling threw cast? I need to drill a hole in the webbing of my Dana 60 and the spring perch casted to diff.

Let me know what kind of drill bits you recommend. I believe for drilling threw cast, its slow speed, pressure, and lots of oil?

Thanks.

Slow RPM's and steady pressure with lots of oil. Use the highest quality bit you can. They are well worth it.

Perfect, I knew it. I will see if I can get it on my freinds milling machine. Need to do some other things too. So once I get it stripped down I will get it done. Thanks!

If it throught the webbing I will use the tourch and clean it up with a cobalt drill bit.
