Hey I was just digging around the internet and I found flowtech red hot mufflers glasspack for like 15 bucks how good are these cause I'd love my truck to sound like it looks. Also would these be legal in NY?

You will want a Flowmaster or somethign muffler. I hear those 40 series give you that sound.

I have the 40 series on my ram 1500 and they are not as loud as i would like them to be. My dad has the forty series on his new hemi and they are loud. You might want to look into something other then flowmaster.

Glasspacks are legal in pa but rember cheap mufflers sound cheap. I like flowmasters on my street truck, but i like somthing quieter on the trail so you can hear what is going on around you.

flowmaster 40 series is the way to go. I had one On my Jeep with a 350 chevy and 3 inch pipe sounded loke a chevey with a big block going up the road.

I had glasspacks on a 76 powerwagon with a 440 and that thing was god awful loud, but as far as legal in NY I would say in the city you might get noise complaints and out side the city you would not, just make sure you keep the cat for emmisions

i put one on my jeep it was loud and sounded realy good but the cops did not like it that much and when it got wet it got realy loud the fiber glass craked and came out
