Ok so my durango's passenger side fog light is out and I'm terrible with electrical I thought my bulb burned out so I replaced it but that isn't the case the driver's side light works fine so I know it isn't a fuse anybody have any suggestions?
My hazards also haven't worked since I got my truck back in Oct. I bought a new flasher but my chilton's isn't showing me the right place to install it I've looked all over my fuse box area inside the dash and outside but the only place it fits doesn't hold on tight and it didn't allow me to turn on my hazards when it was in loosely. Also my blinkers have a delay before they start flashing when I hit them they take about a second to start flashing I think this has to do with the flasher as well.
Any help is appreciated.

The flasher is located on the back of the interior fuse panel. You will need to stick your head under the dash on the drivers side and look at the back of the fuse block. The flasher will be towards the top all the way towards the front of the truck. (Looking at the back of the block it would be your upper right hand corner.) It is a combination flasher and controls both blinkers and hazards. As for the fog lamp, they use a shared ground with other lights, so check your connector for the bulb to make sure the wires are not broken inside the insulation. If you hold the connector pull firmly on the wires and see if they strech or pull out. Don't go nuts or any wire will break, but a good pull will show if the wires are broken. Let us know how you make out.

Well I haven't bothered to look for the flasher again because the area that you are talking about is exactly where I looked before 88. I don't get it my chiltons/haynes manual says the same exact thing and the dealership said it too, maybe I'm blind. As far as the fog light goes it is a loose connection one of the terminals doesn't have any spring in it to grip the light I guess so it's just a matter of finding my mini screwdriver kit and prying the terminal out a little. With some wiggling the light turns on though. Bad connections suck  .

Well I got the terminal fixed on the fog light so now I have both lights again. I will propably need to pick up a new one though. As far as the flasher for the blinkers and hazards I found out why I have one and not the other. The person that owned the truck before me must have had a problem with it and took it to an idiot to fix. Rather than just throwing in a new flasher they opted to take the wiring from the fuse box and connect an older style flasher that only provides blinkers. I noticed it when I took out the knee shield or whatever it is. It had me wondering the first time I went in there to replace the flasher though because there wasn't one in the fuse box and when I found the place that it went and placed it in there it was a loose fit the only way it would even stay is if I taped it in. I'm not even gonna mess with it unless this flasher can't handle trailer lights I don't need hazards for daily driving anyway.
