I have a question for anyone who has been there before... The park rules (#9) says "All SUV’s must have the following: proper roll-over protection (including passengers), full size spare tire (or tire large enough to get you out of the park), battery tie down (no bungee cords seatbelts, tow points, trash bag for liquid spills, tow strap (within their group), flag, wristband. "
What about rear-seat passengers in a CJ or older YJ without the "family roll bar" Do they allow rear passengers in those vehicles or am I reading too much in to this. I don't want to show up and have a problem.

I would suggest you contact them directly. A simple telephone call might save a wasted trip.
good luck

I have been there a bunch of times and I have never seen any issues about this. I have seen many CJs and YJs with the old style roll bar. Each passenger needs to wear a seatbelt. I would say that as long as you have either the stock roll bars or and after market cage you will be fine. I will tell you that they check under the hood of every vehicle to make sure that the battery is held down and not held down with bungees either. I would call to be sure but I don't think that you will have a problem.

I used to go there every month in my Blazer with a soft top before it had a cage. Nobody ever said anything. I've seen people out there in CJ/YJ's that had the non-family bar and rear passengers. They might not like it if your running blacks, but chances are if your running blacks you have a beefed cage or no rear passengers.

Thanks Guys. I don't even know if I'll have rear passengers, but if I did, I didn't want any problems when I got there. As much as I'd love to tell the wife to sit on the side of the road while I play, I don't think it would go over very well
When I get an answer from Paragon, I'll post it here.

So I got a response from Paragon via e-mail. They said "Yes, that's fine. It's production and if you can drive it on the street that way, then we'll accept it."
