Most of the changes delt with the Offical Members.
Offical Member changes:
You can now upload pictures to the gallery
Your title is now "Tri-State 4x4 Official Member"
Main group is Official Members
Registered users:
Changed titles to just "Tri-State 4x4"
Moderators:
Changed title to "Tri-State 4x4 Moderator"
Administrators:
Changed title to "Tri-State 4x4 Administrator"
Basically nothing but change of some text and usage.
If there are any problems please post the issue here. I can only see Official Members having issues if there are any.
