That is interesting Rick, When I started reading it I thought this looks like somebody trying to find another way for lawyers to make money off of the internet and sure enough a few paragraph's in there it is. If that becomes a law some lawyer will be on TV telling people they can sue someone for slander because they got called a scum sucking dirtbag on a message board.

Sorry for the rant. I cant stand politicians and most lawyers.

Thats the title i should have used. hope you don't mind me useing that one. the funny thing is i voted republican [i was a light fighten 7th div. ranger from late 80's] for our nations safety. but this guy embarreses me. Freedom of speech is one of our basic rights. just because you don't like what they have to say do'ent mean you can muzzle that person. I think what it comes down to is it is an election year and this dip s**t wants some air time. rant over.
