Anyone know what trans, t-case and 4wd engagement method an 89 Dakota would use? my uncle is looking at one but the guy said the 4wd doesn't work. I was wondering if they used a similar disco system to the YJ being of the same era. anybody know dodge?

I remember reading on the PosiLok site that they make them for the Dodge... Not sure though...

The CAD on the Dodges were only on the full size trucks if I remember correctly.

Yes, the 89 dakota did use a vacuum disconnect similiar to the yj's.
