Hello, my name is Alan Latwinski. I build custom Jeep Bumpers, Bolt-on Brush Guards, Nerf Bars, and various other items. I feel it’s important to give the customer a solid, quality product at a reasonable and affordable price. It’s unbelievable how the pricing is in catalogs for fabricated items. I know the cost of steel and amount of labor involved, and quite honestly, the pricing is outrageous and unjustifiable.
I’m just lucky that I have the skill and tooling to fabricate from a few years ago when i used to fabricate racecar chassis'. I truly enjoy doing it and like the fact I can give the customer a great deal.
My website has Pics, Pricing, and Descriptions of what I build, with more products to come. Below are a few pics of my more popular products. I can modify or custom build to order within reason and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. At present, I’m only limited by the sizes of dies I currently have for my tubing bender.
Please don’t hesitate to email or call with an inquiry.

This is my Big Tube brush guard. Everything is 1 3/4" with the exception of the center "V", which is 1" tubing. As pictured, this guard requires the stock foglights to be relocated 3/4" inward. Simply requires drilling a new 3/8" hole in the bumper per side. I am currently working on a modification that will allow the foglights to remain in the stock location. Can also put light tabs on the main hoop if desired, no extra charge.
Price: $70.00 plus shipping

This is my "leaning forward" brush guard. Kinda like the prerunner style. The main hoop is 1 3/4" and the side rails are 1 1/4" .095" wall tubing. This guard also uses the main bumper bolts as well as the outer bolts for the end caps. You can use the stock tow hooks as the guard is pictured. Have had several requests via ebay to build one that you can use the stock foglights in the stock location. I'm currently working on one in the shop and will post pics when done.

This is a pic of a set of nerf bar/rocker guards that a customer sent me to have build for him. These will be built from .120" wall tubing. These need to be alittle more rugged. I can build them as no-drill or drill thru the frame depending on the application. i'll need to know if your rig has any body lift inorder to fit them right to the body. i checked into the pricing for something like this in ACME and 4WD and wow, couldn't believe it.
Price: i'm asking $125.00 for the pair, check out their prices.
