Just checkin in and wanted to intro myself. Name here is Kevin and I live in Bovina Center, NY in the upper foothills of the Catskill mtns. I have an '88.5 Suzuki Samurai that I have just "finished" :lmao: building. So far specs are as follows....1.6 NA VW diesel engine swapped in, 5" SOA, RUF soon to be CJ rear, detroit locker in rear and ARB up front (compressor not active yet), 15x8 w/ 2" bs rock crawler rims with 31x10.50 15 Bridgestone Dueler M/Ts, 4.16:1 gears in t-case with 2lo mod......I guess that is the big stuff. Really lookin forward to joining you guys on a couple rides!

do yourself a favor and talk to freebird about trailering that...........if you dont you wont make it to the parkinglot of paragon

Won't make it to the parking lot? This ain't no trailer queen. I have put over 1500 miles on it just in the last month since I put it on the road. The diesel makes it a different beast than the 1.3 stock engine.

thanks alot jeremy!!! thats too bad since my zuk is still doa...id have to show that xj who's boss....that is a bad ass zuk!!

glad to see you could make it over here kev!

im slowly workin out the bugs on mine....swaped the t-case and that helped....now i got to put a clutch in it and go from there...

Free......you should have let me know about this place eariler....I found it through some jeep site through ZR2.com......I almost got lost getting here. Looks like Jim (powerstroken) and I are planning a trip to Paragon on nov 12th if you will be up and running by then.

yea..dom asked me about it....he is tryin to get me to go there too on the 12th. i need to get a clutch disc and pressure plate from goober to try before i wheel my zuk again.

im still tryin to work out bugs.

i thought i did tell you about tri-state??? whoops...sorry man!
