Do you have larger flares on that? If not how wide are your tires and does it clear and no cops get you for have no flares? STUPID NJ LAWS...

Those are the stock Rubi flares which are actually a little bit wider then regular TJ flares. Those are 285/75/16s which are about 33x11.50. They stick out a little but nothing crazy. I dont have a real hard time with the cops. Its not my DD, but even when Im out in it, no one gives me a problem.

I want to get some 31's on 15 inch rim that would fit in my stock or little aftermarket flares. What do you suggest?

Its tough on a 15" rim because most back spacing on a 15 are 3.75-4". 16s, like the rubi wheels and my cragars, have a 5" back spacing bringing the entire tire in closer resulting in less tire sticking out.
A 31x10.50x15 might not be that bad. Infact I think it will tuck in there nice. Anything wider though will probably stick out with stock flares. Most 31" tires are 10.50 wide so they will be available in all the popular brands. HTH

You can run any 10.5" tire on your factory wheels which have a 5.5" back spacing and you will stay within the wheelwell. Of course the taller the tire the more turning radius you lose. You can adjust the steering stops which will keep you from rubbing on the leaf springs. Eventually you will move up in tire size which will necessitate aftermarket wheels with less backspacing and will require wider flares to keep everything legal.

There are a couple rim manufacutres w/ deeper backspacing if you need help getting rims let me know I have been able to find rims for customers with 5 inch ene 5.25 back spacing in 15 inch rims. Its not that hard.

Nice Rubicon I will show you how to get over that rock in rattler next time

Hope to see you on the trail soon.

You got it. The top two are at the top of rattler, and the the others with the big rock face are sleepy hollow. That was the first time I had run either trail. good stuff
